Knitting 102 with Denise
Description: In this three-week course, you will learn the skills you need to take your knitting to the next level, including:
This class is taught in continental-style knitting (but can be in English style, if preferred) and is a great fit for those who have taken Denise’s Knitting 101 or need a refresher. The first class will cover increasing and decreasing methods. The second class will teach you how to fix common mistakes and how to seam your projects. The third class will cover checking your gauge and learning to read a knitting pattern. Class size: 4 students. Beginner classes are small, to maximize individual support from the instructor. Skill level: Beginner knitter. You know how to knit and purl. This class will cover a lot of new skills but is not intended to teach you how to knit. Check out Knitting 101 if you have never knit before. Materials: Students need US 7 (4.5 mm) needles (circular or straight) and a skein of worsted weight yarn. Materials can be brought from home, borrowed from our Recycle Center, or new material kits can be purchased at the first class for 10% off. When: Pick which series works best for your schedule when you purchase the course.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a lesson, please email us. To receive a full refund, the lesson must be cancelled 5 days before the lesson start time. We cannot offer any refunds after that time. Reschedule Policy To reschedule a lesson, please email us. Lessons need to be rescheduled at least 48 hours before lesson start time, otherwise they will be considered cancelled. A lesson can only be rescheduled twice before it is cancelled. No Show Policy We will not offer any refunds for missed lessons. |
